1) Being satisfied with appearance is very important for one's self esteem and personal image.Many children are conscious about their body image as they get older and onset of adolescence.Peer group relationships affect as they could be teased or bullied for their appearance .The concept of keeping up an image becomes a stressor for them.Adolescents often are influenced by media to keep up their appearance,for example advertisements on fashion,where body image is important..we adhere to cultural roots that we maintain our image the way we were raised as a child .Changing our image may be difficult in these situations to fit into the society we live.

2) Analytical thinking deals with one thing at a time,has logical reasoning,it has the ability to solve problems quickly and effectively.it is a step by step approach to solving problems .Multiple causes of the problem are considered and anticipate the consequences of the reaction.Intuitive thinking begins with common assumption rather than approaching it in a logical manner.According to Jean Piaget adoloscents think only about themselves and what others would percieve of them.They are self centred and act in a way that is not accpetable by others.They concentrate on what will satisfy their beliefs rather than think of it in a logical manner and the consequences.

3) Risk taking by emerging adults has motivations such as personal growth,not missing out on anything,enjoyment and satisfaction,achievements.Taking risks is sometimes self destructive.Destructive risk would ideally mean travelling in stormy weather to get to a place when warning signals have been given.Benefial risks in a business proposal where risks have to be taken to yield positive results.The person is willing to take risks with a view he will benefit from the risks taken.
