The diagnosis of the patient is diabetic ketoacidosis because of sign and symptoms and laboratory findings. Blood glucose is 800 mg/dl which is very high and urine analysis shows ketone and glucose in the urine which is suggestive of diabetic ketoacidosis. Blood pH and urine pH both are acidic in nature. It further supports the diagnosis of diabetic ketoacidosis. For the treatment of diabetic ketoacidosis fluid and electrolyte are given along with Intravenous insulin for the rapid management of the disease.
