Question
Explanation / Answer
If I would have an interview at a workplace where I would really like to work, then I would be fully prepared and leave no stone unturned to crack the interview. The preparation would include searching for relevant information on the internet regarding the company, their acheivements and their Line of Business. Also, I would prepare myself to answer questions which I would think would be asked to me in the interview. Also, I would like to connect and interact with people who are already working in that organisation and learn upon their experiences in interviews and what is the culture of the organisation.
In an interview, I would obviously wear formals which would give a good impression to the interviewer. It is very important that whenever we go for an interview, we have to be well groomed. I would not take any chances on this part as well after all its a dream job for me.
Letters of Recommendation is something where we can up our chances of getting a job. Thus, the best person to ask for a Letter of Recommendation is an employee of the organisation. It is even better if the employee is tenured as it will give more weightage and the HR will prefer the candidate over others.
A thank you note is always recommended as its a great help that the person providing the Letter of Recommendation has done. Its a courteous way of engaging with people and the other person also feels good if they have received an appreciation for the help they have done.
