3. In the increasing the technologies for the treatment and quality of treatment has encouraged business to business marketing in the healthcare industry.
4. A health care organisation uses their customer database in marketing of their organisation and also they used the database of customer to provide information about new facilities of hospital so that they can get advantage of that facility.

The factors with which long term relationship can be maintained with the customer are our way of talking with them, Providing them proper treatment, Treat them very well and most important is that treatment of hospital should be of high quality so customer wants to come again and again in the hospital in this way long term relationship with the customer can be maintained on the other hand if we talk in rue nature then no one will come again.
