Sharing team performance data with all company employees is very much useful as it encourage the team member to do better . As it helps the team on the top to keep up their good work and also the team with the poor performance will try to improve their performance and also work better to be at the top in the performance level. yes i do belive that this practice risk creating '' too competitive a speirit among the firms teams and employees ,as because the team in the top always wish to be at top to get award and bonuses and team at the bottom also make an effort and work hard to become the top scorer. as team doesnot want to be at athe bottom on the score board for the long time .
