Earlier education was given prime importance. Businesses were associated with educational institutions. In some countries, self help was considered very important. A link was drawn between ways to generate I come and wealth and distribute it among members of the public.

A company should have knowledge about the components of corporate social responsibility and should take steps to maintain the same. This is a part of corporate governance and every employee should make efforts to maintain the same. Employees should volunteer to endeavour the same.

Now CSR is connected with the internal management of the company and how it is socially responsible for sustainable development. Corporate social responsibility of corporations is the responsibility of corporations to give away some amount for sustainable development and for maintaining social values. It is important because earlier corporations only had legal and economic responsibility and because of a lack of social responsibility they used to make misuse of the resources and did not care about sustainable development. This led to a huge loss of the society and that's why countries have started using this concept and making corporations liable for sustainable development.

All the employees of a company should be aware of corporate social responsibility and should endeavour to maintain the same. They should volunteer and take efforts to fulfill the goals behind corporate social responsibility. They should have sufficient IT training so that they can effectively carry out their activities.

Employees should participate in meeting the needs of the society and give a positive results to the community. They should be more society oriented and should carry out their activities in harmony with the society.
