I need help answering a couple questions from Succeeding in Business Microsoft Access 2013

Name and describe the four steps in the database design process. What are data duplication and data redundancy, and how do you work to remove these problems from a database? What is scope creep? What are some of the considerations you must evaluate about the data before assigning it a field data type and size? What is the difference between the Short Text and Long Text data types, and how would you use each one?

1)the steps include

Requirement Analysis this will give the requirement for the database design what is resources are required

Entity Relationship Diagram this is give the overall flow of the work flow

Relational Model this gives what model we must implement to the database design

Normalization functions database to store the data to organized state.

2 we should keep log of the databases so that every transaction will be recorded

we should remove the incomplete data in the database

3 the scope creep is where objective of the data is note clear and the project does not run smoothly

this will happen only week communication and poor planning of the project

4 the datatypes are classfied into int float double because of two reason

to access the data faster and to get the data in structured mannner so that processing of data will be easy

5)Memo data type was perviously called long text to get the data in right size which has huge characters and some have small size data up to 255 character uses short text
