When you reply to your peers, give them feedback on what is effective in their profile and why it is effective and also discuss what they could improve and how. Good feedback is constructive and specific.

I am a Management Engineer and Organization Analyst, with 8 years of experience. Presently, I work for a Major Command (MAJCOM), two Numbered Air Force and eight Wings. My responsibilities include developing manpower engineering program guidelines, procedures, and operational concepts that ensure effective and consistent accomplishment of manpower engineering studies and projects throughout the MAJCOM. I have represented Manpower and Organization at a variety of Air Force workshops, seminars, MAJCOM level meetings, and with senior level personnel throughout the states and territories and at numerous other formal and informal settings. I provide management advisory services to top level managers concerning program cost analysis, productivity enhancing capital investment programs, outsourcing and privatization studies, work measurement, engineered studies, etc. Formulates implementation procedures for management engineering quality and control activity policies and coordinates manpower management activities. I am responsible for all organization activations, deactivations, restructures, realignments, consolidations and reduction initiatives as they effected manpower.
Made Air Force history; engineered and established the first ever Helicopter Group and first helicopter dedicated Operations Support Squadron; improved tactical rotary wing effectiveness. Transferred helicopter operations Tactical Control from the Intercontinental Ballistic Missile to the aviation community; largest helicopter reorganization since Vietnam era. Realigned three Helicopter Squadrons, 296 requirements, rectified 37 percent rated manpower shortfall; ensured long-term tactical viability of the helicopter enterprise’s nuclear security mission.
Established XXX Detachment at XXX AFB, XXX to serve as Bomber ICBM Exchange Program with Naval Forces. Worked with XXX Air Base Wing to facilitate wing’s Continuous Bomber Presence mission objectives of providing continuity and support to XXX’s contingency deployment of bombers to the XXX Region.

After reading the profile the feedback from my side will be:-
Although the person has described his past experience of work very well which will definitely has been performed by him .
The effective part of the profile is that the past work experience has been described well due to which the recruiter and selector will definitely have a very good idea about the person past working ,which will be beneficial for the recruiter to have a clear picture that where, in which department they want to employ the indiviual and at what level considering his past experience.
Apart from that my suggesion to improve the profile will be that the person should describe his qualities,strengths and weaknesses more rather than just stating his past work, because after reading the profile at a time it could be seen or sensed that the person has tried to show that he is a multitasker,which he maybe, but
He should have added his achievements too which he might have received for the work performed by him.Which would have clearly stamped his excellence of work towards his job and duties.
