Respond to two of your peers. Share your thoughts on how you would of handled situation. Explanation / Answer

Behavior 1- In my workplace, I stammered when I was giving a presentation in front of the management. The presentation was about Lean problem solving wherein a problem was identified in the process and the problem was solving using lean methodologies. Since the management team was well versed with the lean methodologies and I was new to the concept, I perceived that they are professionals and would not accept my solutions. I was nervous because I was not confident whether I had done the process correctly. Since the management team was very silent (with a blank face), I presumed that they did not like the solution I provided.

Behavior 2- Another behavior that I exhibited in my workplace is being restless and having an increased heart beat. The result was that I was speechless and very nervous to all the people around me including my friends. This happened when I was new to the job. I missed to publish an important issue due to lack of knowledge in process. I was highly tensed and worried if the journal issue would be published. I presumed that my seniors would have a negative impact on my performance. I also assumed that they would under estimate me for this mistake and this would affect my career path.
