Quality management is one of the key discussion issues for today’s corporation. In the race of competition, a business can only survive if it has a sound quality management tools like six sigma, just in time, 5S, Kanban, and process improvement methodology. The six- sigma will not only improve quality but also cut cost, eliminate waste or reduce it. It can be utilized by any type of organization whether a manufacturing or a service providing company.
