Information systems plan plays an important role as with the information system, we can gather the information like accessibility, ease of learning, ease of query, flexibility, integration response time, security etc. with the help of these characteristics we can easily find the further outcome of the project.

Portfolio analysis is an analysis of elements of a company’s product to determine the best allocation of its resource and with the help of scoring model that predicts the chance of occurring of an arbitrary phenomenon or fact, company can easily recognize the best suitable place for his product with minimum occurring of arbitrary phenomenon with the help of scoring model in evaluation process of a project.
