A) The business would be of a coffee shop with an innovative concept of Stirring things up, the coffee way. The cafe concept has been modified ad nauseam across the world but continues to find favour with consumers always ready to experiment with their coffee, by the way it is made and served. Many forms of the beverage cannot strictly be termed coffee, but rather a coffee based beverage due to the extensive experimentation and resultant modification of the conventional coffee. Considering that cafes have Universal appeal and continue to taste success with extensive opportunities in the type of product that can be served providing excellent scope for experimentation and diversification, the business is relatively flexible. The concept is to start a cafe which is designed to meet specific customer needs in terms of providing exceptional service along with creation of an atmosphere which will ensure a unique experience for the customer. The customer needs to feel that anything and everything can happen over coffee. That's the coffee itself is not the pickup factor but environment will ensure the customer feels invigorated and charged after visiting the cafe. The cafe will feature different mixes of the beverage as representations of various human moods and create a specific environment to match it. For example the mood maybe charged up, mellow, dramatic, exuberant, ecstatic and so on. The entire clean the cache and the beverages will all reflect this particular moon by adequate modification to represent the same. This concept will create a novel and unique experience for every customer bye making every visit different unique and inimitable.
B) Particular concept has vast scope for team members involved with the business. The profiles each member is provided will be a matching the requisite skill set and abilities along with the passion and personal goals which will be decided by a brainstorming session on who would be best suited for which profile.
The members of the team who are exceptional at planning and management along with having the capacity to motivate others and ensure achievement of the set goals will be provided the management task of planning and strategizing.
Alice with 2 otherswill be responsible for taking on the leadership role and ensuring all the set goals and targets are being achieved buy constant monitoring and control by comparison of achievement with targets along with required modifications in case of major variation and diversification from target. Required coordination and cooperation between all departments needs to be ensured to make sure that there are no wastages and tasks are not repetitive, to ensure lean initiative by minimization of Input and maximization of output in every area of the business. This team needs to be multitasking and perform additional roles of human resource within the organisation.
Alison will be responsible for providing all the relevant data by collecting required data and creating all required reports. The data needs to be accurate And a system needs to be set up for data entry, storage, and analysis.
The marketing department is an important part of the business as it decides the success or failure of an organisation. Marketing is the way a business communicates with it's prospective and existing customers therefore unless there is application of innovative ideas and new strategies the marketing plan may not be effective in successfully capturing the required market share within the target segment to ensure sustenance and growth of the business. It is essential that the target audience be identified along with the medium to be utilised for maximizing outreach to consumers which will be social media platforms for this business to tap into the extreme potential inherent within social media platforms. The marketing personnel need to take the unique concept and present it to the people in a manner that it is welcomed by the customers and they perceive certain exceptional value within the concept.
A team needs to be allotted for product development for optimal product management supported by adequate research on the present market intelligence along with all current trends in the product finding favour with the customers. The development of innovative and unique products by experimentation and innovation with flavours and mixes will be the task of this team. They will be responsible for deciding upon the products to be created and served on a regular basis and the speciality products which are unique to the cafe and match the concept.
This team will require to design the unique concept of moons of the day along with presentation of simple messages through impromptu sones, jingles acts or dances by the relevant staff to stir things up and ensure that a unique environment is created matching the mood and the flavour of the day.
The rest of the team needs to be used for managing the cafe hands-on at the floor level to ensure customer service is excellent and the concept is being implemented in the required manner.
C) Coffee has the tag of being one of the most widely consumed beverages worldwide with constantly growing numbers. Within the United States face value of liquid coffee and also the consumption continues to exhibit exceptional growth. The market share and sales of all leading brands continue to show growth.

3) these issues will be addressed by ensuring that all required food safety guidelines are strictly adhered to with clear information on every ingredient you close within every product and it's involved risk wherever required for sensitive individuals who may be allergic. The procurement policy will be strictly monitor to implement quality check measures within the coffee purchased to ensure at the onset that no pesticide Residue is detected. The level of caffeine within each beverage will clearly be indicated along with all other ingredients to ensure that the customers make an informed choice. Caffeine free beverages will be available for the health conscious. Strictly no discrimination policy and approach will be adopted and strictly implemented within the coffee shop.
