File server - it is a part of a multi-suer system, which controls the access for storing files separately.

client/server architect - is a network architecture, where the network is either a client or server on the process.

local area network - is referrred as a computer network which tends to connect the small area like buildings, colleges etc.

B. Virtual machine, virtualization

virtual machine - it provides the functionality of a physical hardware based on a computer system.

virtualization - it represents the creation virutally including hardware platforms, storage devices.

C. Infrastructure as a service, platform as a service, software as a service

Infrastructure as a service - it is a form of cloud computing. It provides the ability for managing the network and storage resources over the network.

Simple object access protocol - It is a XML based messaging protocol which is used between the computers to exchange information.

Regress representational State transfer - It is a way used between computers for providing interoperability.

G. JavaScript object notation, extensible markup language

JavaScript object notation - It is mainly based on the subset of Javascript programming language. It is data-Interchange format with lightweight. It is in a human readable format, and also it is easy for parsing and generating by the machines.

Extensible markup language - It is refered as XML, which provides a set of rules for representing the contents in the format over the Internet. It is derived from SGML for its flexible text format.
