What kind of organization would you like to work for? What would be the best? What would be the most realistic? Think about and Discuss its structure, physical environment, lines of communication, treatment of employees, recruitment and promotion practices, policies towards the community and so on. Consider also what you lose because of some of these benefits (for example if the company contributes in the community or offers more benefits for employees there might be less money for raises.) I would always like to work for an organization which possess quite strong brand value in the market and may be on of the largest players in it's field of business as well. I believe that everybody like to work k for a large organization and in a good position as well similarly I am not an exception to dis and ideally this is the best that I can ask for. In reality I would like to focus more on the organization and less on the type of work that I am doing, I am not saying that the type of work is unimportant but I will give priority to the organization I am working for.

I would like to work for an organization which has a proper hierarchy and structure and they always value their stakeholders along with the employees and treat them as important as that if clients. The organization should have an environment that should help the individual feel secure and safe working in the organization. Security is an important aspect and an employee will not sustain if he or she feels insecure in the organization. The organization needs to support and promote diversity in the workolace which will help the organization grow and set a positive example for the industry and based in this they may have a competitive advantage over it's competitors as well.
