Education about insurance product is also different in different generation. Older generation knows the importance of insurance as they regularly develop health issues due to old age and hence need less education to buy insurance. This is not true for new generations as they generally have good health and are less prone to diseases. Hence companies need to spend more on educating young generation to buy insurance.
