THIS IS A 2 PART QUESTION:
Lupe, who recently completed a degree in marketing, is furnishing her first apartment. She has lived with her parents, who are originally from Guatemala, since she was born, including throughout her college years. Her four siblings, grandmother, two in-laws, and one niece also live in the large house. While her parents have pleaded with her to remain under their roof, she has recently been hired at her first marketing job and is eager to assert her independence. When she lived with her parents, Lupe shared a small room with her younger sister, where there was little room for furniture. For this reason, Lupe is not used to having a large, crowded living space. Since her entry-level assistant position does not provide her with a large income, this will probably benefit her. In addition, as one of five children, Lupe is accustomed to wearing second-hand clothing and inheriting her older siblings’ things; in fact, when she started college, her mother and father presented her with an automobile that her older brother had driven to and from class when he was in school.
1.) What influences would be likely to impact Lupe’s purchase decisions as she furnishes her new apartment?
2.) Describe how each category of influences would impact Lupe’s buying experience.
