Your company plans to expand into B country and intends to establish its first restaurant in B country by the end of 2018. The company intends to send a A country' manager to B country to oversee the establishment of the new restaurant. He will be responsible for overseeing the contruction and opening of the new restaurant, which will include hiring and training 3 store managers as well as approximately 30 local staff who will prepare and serve food.

1. In order to evaluate the performance of Expartiate Manager, the Performance Management(PM) system would have take into consideration following three dimensions such as Self Dimension, Relationship dimensions and perception dimension. Self Dimension will evaluate theManager's capability in maintaining Positive self image psychological well being. The Relationship dimension will focus on the capability of Expatriate manager in fostering relationships with host country nationaals and the Perception Dimension will be focusing on the ability of Manager to accurately perceive and evaluate host country environment.

2.The Global HR Manager will be performing the Evaluation Process

3. More aptly the Performance Evaluation should be done yearly basis .However the local Managers shall perform the evaluation of performance on regular basis sayafter completion of 3 months, 6 months , 9 months and 12 months etc.
