1. In order to implement Performance management system for Expartriate Manager, the System should focus three dimensions of the expatriate Manager viz, Self-dimension, Relationship Dimension and Perception Dimension
2. The Global HR Manager in consultattion with the Management of the company shall be the responsible person to evaluating the performance.
3.The performance Management system shall be a continuous process . It should be done year to year basis with a monitoring of performance by the immedite supervisors on monthly basis.
