There are five personality traits that are measured to test the effectiveness. They are extroversion, emotional stability, agreeableness, conscientiousness and openness to experience.

Extroversion is one of the personality traits that indicates that the person is outgoing and social. Extraversion is the tendency by which a person exhibit positive behavior and feel good about self and others.

I work as a sales manager and leads the team of ten sales associates. Extroversion is the most important trait for my current job because it makes me social, affectionate and friendly. This helps in building trust with the team so that they can show commitment towards work and exhibit highest level of performance.

This is the most important personality trait because it helps in making the interaction with the team and senior management smooth. It makes the manager innovative and creative.

Example - One of the goal is to make the customer base strong so that that they can be loyal to the organization and prefer the same brand over the competitor. An extrovert manager would help in building good relationship with the clients. The sales force under the manager would be committed towards performing well as they trust the manager. They would focus on making the sale and providing exceptional customer service. So a manager who is extrovert will create positive environment for the team. A motivted team would provide exceptional customer service which can help in making the customer base strong.
