Communication is the core of every business organization. It is very important to communicate every minor change being carried out in the organization to the employees. Proper communication is required in order to maintain clarity in the minds of the employees and to make sure that employees work more creatively after knowing the strategies well in advance.

Is there an inherent capacity for creativity in this company?

According to me, no company have an inherent capacity for creativity. Creativity is learned and not gifted or achieved as inherent capacity. An environment of creativity is created by the management and the employees.

Mutual coordination of both the employees and management is required to be present so that a healthy environment is created and creativity among the employees is developed. And if the employees will work in a creative manner then only overall organization will come out to be a creative workplace.
