Ans:- Let us take an example of Supreme court decision of Gay rights on 26th June 2015. This decision has made the same sex marriage legal.This decision has been implemented across all the 50 states.
14th amendment has removed the federal govt ban on same sex marriage. It is imporatnt to understand the fight for equality and how it was granted to the citizens to marry same sex person. Now LGBT communitity lives without fear in American society. They can marry as per their choice and live happily.
