"The next assignment was to take care of after sales engagement which was generally making calls to customers who have been involved in purchase of products from the organization and the experience they are having and if there is any issue that they are experiencing, then that should be communicated to the concerned team that will help the organization make the business process better. The supervisor was monitoring my work and was quite satisfies with my performance and also promised a positive feedback for me. "

Hence, you need to be always evolving self and others for developing more efficacy and effectiveness in doing day to day work. You should be able to come up with novelty ideas and this is possible only when you thrive to learn and develop always.

Develop better Self-awareness, understanding about the team on strengths and weaknesses, as you spend more time with colleagues similar to your designation, you should spend much time and develop a synergy among peers & colleagues

Being a follower builds the right base for self-esteem, self-confidence and emotional literacy, believe in each other to tackle any situations, while to grow as a Leader you must work on above parameters.
