when we only look at the component pay only, our study may not be reliable and meaningful. for example when we consider the profession of taxi driver, he may get lesser amount of infome, but he never worries about the workm about the boss, about the stress, etc, whenever he have free time he can proceed with work. if he does not like to go to work, or if he wants to stop whatever doing in the middle they can, where a normal employee can not do
