In this week’s Journal, consider your working relationship with a boss who made you more effective and one who failed to energize you. Explain the difference by using examples.

Explanation / Answer

It is very important to build a good relationship with the boss. My boss is the director of the company whose leadership is democratic. He is fun loving, energetic, adorable and inspirational to most of the employees in the organization. He always believe that employees should have 4 things defined in the personality - Integrity, Punctuality, Creativity and Quality. Integrity means be truthful to your work. Punctuality means time is money, do not watse it. Creativity means differentiating yourselves with others and Quality means be the best for any work done.

My previous job boss was more of autocratic leadership. He did not knew to allocate work among employees which result into absenteesm. Employees felt burden and for every small mistakes there was an argument between boss and employee. Today there are no experience employee in the company.
