As we have seen this week and last week create a detailed WBS can be a lot of work. The PMBOK states that there are actually four process which are in the Scope Management Knowledge process area which need to be completed before we have our Scope baseline. These processes are in the planning process group. Can anyone state what these four process are? In addition, what three components make up the Scope baseline?
There are two other process in associated with the Scope Management knowledge process area, Verify Scope and Control Scope. What process group do these two process belong too? What are the purposes of these two processes?
