Discuss the Gantt Chart view and the Network Diagram view, two common views of the WBS details. The Gantt Chart is where you view the work packages and the tasks associated with each work package. The project network is where you view the work packages in logical order. Check out the Microsoft Project file example that I posted in Doc Sharing (labeled as "2-Day Training Example"). The Gantt Chart view is the WBS hierarchical view (see the right side of the screen). Choose the Network Diagram view to see the sequential view. I know that I learn better by visually seeing what is being discussed! Which view do you prefer? Why?
