C2 = ?

In series, Ceq = (C1*C2)/(C1+C2)
In series, Charge remains same on the Capacitor, So

Q = Ceq * V
0.00109 = Ceq * 373
Ceq = 0.00109/373
(C1*C2)/(C1+C2) = 0.00109/373
(11.3*C2)/(11.3+C2) = 0.00109/373
Solving for C2,
C2 = 3.94 * 10^-6 F
