What is a CS-related problem that one country faces, that another country has the solution to? Come up with 3 potential topics.

Basically meaning, what is a problem that Country A has faced that Country B has faced and has solved it/has the solution to? I need to write a 7-9 page research paper on it but I have no idea what to write it on. Please help me out with a topic that I will be able to write 7-9 pages on.

1. Power Problems and automation of grids - This is a major problem in developing countries where proper automatic softwares are not there to control and provide power. Softwares are now developed to tackle these issues.

2. E-Banking and internet in remote areas - Drones arenow used to create hotspot in remote areas. E-Banking has been introduced to pay bills from home.

3.Automatic Lights and smart homes - This has been created in developed countries to save power. Now you can control the lights and fans of your home remotely using your smart phones.

4. Education - With the creation of MOOC and other online courses education can now reach to the remote villages in developed countries. People can take classes online and can learn things faster.

5. GPS and Maps - With Internet connectivity available in developed countries people can use google maps to find locations in nearby areas and can get access and route to any part of the city/town.
