What is a CS-related problem that one country faces, that another country has the solution to (which may have been implemented in the form of policies to tackle the issue)? Come up with 3 potential topics. Please list the problem country as well as the solution country as well.

Basically meaning, what is a problem that Country A has faced that Country B has faced and has solved it/has the solution to? I need to write a 7-9 page research paper on it but I have no idea what to write it on. Please help me out with a topic that I will be able to write 7-9 pages on.

1. Cyber Security:

India is facing problem of cyber security, where China have developed very tight Cyber Security(it is based on cryptography and network security) for its network.This topic is even raised by Prime Minister of India in inauguration ceremony of Digital India.

2.Utilisation of Technology :

Developed countries are using the technology for making things easier and comfortable for its people. Whereas they are some nation where large number people even do not know that such kind of technology exists.Example: people of country "A" (developed country) using ecommerce sites where people of country "B" even do not know that such things exists.

There many others topics ,on which you can write:

a. Congestion Control (How to control network traffic)

b. Connecting the remote areas with better connections.

c. Use of Efficient Algorithm for solving a problems.

d. Developing /Increasing the number of computer scientists or quality Human Resource which have good knowledge about technologies and Computer Science.
