There are many challenges in the way for a multi national corporation that wants to manage a global supply chain, but having the correct tools for the job is the most important challenge the MNC will face. When managing a global supply chain, operational goals, budgeting, accurate time tables, sales forecasting, and communication are all key factors. Having the right software and hardware to manage all of this remotely is the first step. According to Inbound Logistics, "The right software platform is crucial to avoid economic stagnation and improve partner relationships while cutting costs, ensuring growth, and increasing return on investment." There are plenty of software programs designed for this specific purpose that will help to maximize efficiency.
Explanation / Answer
It describes the growth of MNC Companies in a short span of time if it provides proper supply chain management, good realtionships with customers ,proper budgeting etc...If there cost price of product selling is less with good quality then there will be increase in efficiency. It may attracts the customers and there will be increase in profits.In this challenging world we may use of new softwares which may be easier to make productions without any wastage.
