He has become very depressed over the past few weeks and refuses to get out of bed. He eats one meal a day of biscuits and grits and refuses any other food. He has recently noticed blisters and a foul odor from his leg. 1. What will most likely occur with his muscle cells if he continues to remain in bed? Using your answer in number 1, Explain what caused this to happen. 3. What could be causing the blisters and foul odor? "Be specific with your answer. 1. If he continuously remain in bed without any treatment then he must loose his legs due to gangrene as well as whatever wound is present may increase day by day and due to which he may get fever and infection also.
2. The causes is very clear like there is no complete treatment of patient, no healthy diet he take , always bed rest may lower his immunity power as well as he is dull and can't meet the people. If he atleast meet with someone then somebody suggest him for treatment.
3. Due to compound fracture his left leg , muscle suffered with injury which required time to heal second things whenever fracture come movement of that part is restricted for some time not permanent because mobility is important for muscle life. Here too much being causes blisters and incomplete treatment give wet gangrene.
4. Patient has history of compound fracture which give rise to wet gangrene which is differ from dry gangrene which is developed due to diabetes and other generic disorder. Also there is no blockage of blood to critical organ means no case of internal gangrene.
