1.OVERALL QUALITY OF DIET
A high quality diet ,which includes vegetables,fruits,whole grains,legumes etc.
Quality of diet will provides energy and all essential nutrients for growth and healthy and active life.
Usually quality of diet includes protiens,cabohydrates,fats,vitamins and minerals in recommended levels.

2.HEALTH OF THE DIET(HEALTHY DIET)
Healthy diet which contains nuts,whole grain,fish,poultry,fruits and vegetables along with less consumption of sweets and sugar.

3.ASSOCIATION BETWEEN DIET AND SYMPTOMS
Irregular eating of fruits,vegetables,whole grains etc causes gastro intestinal symptoms like indigestion,constipation.
Eating outside food some times causes to have vomitings and diarrhea.

4.RECOMMENDATIONS FOR DIETARY CHANGES
Eating variety of fresh,frozen and canned vegetables and fruits without high-calorie sauces /added salt and sugars.
Replace high-calorie food with fruits and vegetables
Prefer fiber rich diet.
