Answer:- The trust and mistrusts are kinds of beliefs and both belong to some individual as well as social characteristics. Here we will discuss some conditions by which a person built the trust or lose it. I had worked with two kinds of person, lets consider them.
(a) Mr. Om, very caring ,honest ,hard working time punctual and very easy to everyone working at my workplace.
- Everyone care for him even in absence of him.
- her behaviour had very good impact on workplace.
(b) Mr. Sumit, careless, dishonest person talk to personnel's very rudely and don't have manners.
