Think about two people: one whom you trust implicitly and another whom you do not trust. Ideally, these should be two people you currently work with or have worked with in the past. Considering the credibility they have established, compare them in the following ways: Competence, Caring, Character, Openness of communication, Ease of communication

The trust and mistrusts are kinds of beliefs and both belong to some individual as well as social characteristics. Here we will discuss some conditions by which a person built the trust or lose it.
I had worked with two kinds of person, let take them as A and B and consider this belief according to some conditions and possibilities.
1- Competence: The competence is an ability to which help us to establish a specific place in a particular community. A is a competence person so he gained trust by his work and ability while B is not able to do so.
2- Caring: Caring is another condition by which we identify a person related to us and care about us. A is a caring person so that I felt comfortable with him while B think about himself.
3- Communication: Openness of communication and ease of communication, both are the way to make a healthy conversation. Good conversation creates understanding and a way to know more about any person so that we developed trust because we believe that we have enough information about the related person.
Here, when we talk about A and B, we can see that the difference between those persons depends on their characteristics so that we can say that trust is earned.
