What do you think are your most important areas for improvement in creating clarity?Explanation / Answer
Based on the choices made/ given in the question. The total score is 51 but there is no choice about the point number six.
Even if one considers the minimum score of 1 and or the maximum score of 7, you remains in the stronger category as per the given classification of class from 41 to 60.
Your strengths are on those behavior aspects which are having the highest scores. In simple terms you are able to intergate the diverse views that stands for unity in diversity. Secondly, you are in favor of systems approach and or believes in considering all possibilities or alternatives and try to have consensus and or meaningful trade off between different goals and objectives.
Important areas for development are related to the action part, needs to be more organized and carry on the follow up and keep showing interest in the doing and in the completion of the collaborative project. Once the beginning and or starting is good, the end must be equally good. Everything is good that ends in good. More focus on the organizing and completion or hiting the target with actual action.
