In today’s electronic world there are many ways to stay connected: e-mail, voice mail, text messaging, social media and online classes to name a few. The following questions are to be considered in discussion with your classmates:

What are some ways to give yourself a break if you are feeling overwhelmed?

How do you take this break without negatively affecting people trying to contact you, both from a personal and business perspective?"

This high degree of connectedness will be helpful to gain personally as well as professionally. For example : To a virtual organization a person will manage both family as well as office work through e-mail, voice mail, text messaging, social media and video-conferencing like tools. An employee can get more business opportunities with the help of internet technologies. As, he will be able to connect with remote clients.

Many times over dependencies on internet create serious challenges for any business or individual. Revel of secret of business might be possible when we over rely on online platforms or telecommunication platforms. Sometimes, we ignore face to face communication with clients or individual and a result they ignore us for business correspondence.

Now days, People get over stress due to heavy involvement with online communication tools. To get relax from this, one might join entertainment club, discuss their problems with family people. Even, take a small hangout for tea break. An indoor or outdoor sport will be better option to get you involved and ignore the stress due to these technological tools.

I will ask people to call me during some fix period of time. For family members and friends, I will open my mind to receive the call but for business and other purpose I will use message service alert whenever I will unable to attend. An automatic message will be sent to my clients that I am busy and so please drop a mail to my official mail. In business communication, I will appoint some other person to attend my call whenever I will not be available to receive the same. So, I will effectively manage both personal and professional life at ease.
