1) I will hire people from open market. I will give chance to local or nearby people. To fill these vacancies, I will set a deadline of 15 to 20 days. After, selection test, we shall offer them best CTC in the industry apart from this we would like to provide them some behavirol & cultural training so that they can adopt our work culture.

2) We are hiring for a promising multi-cultural patient serving organization. We have two openings,

a)  Nurse Practitioner (NP)

CTC: Negotiable (Not a constraint for the right candidate)

Eligibility: A graduate in nursing from any American institute or Spanish institute.

Age: 25 to 30 years.

Gender: Only Female

Other skills: Knowledge of Spanish will be a desirable qualification.

Dynamic and pleasant personality.

At least two year experience in the similar capacity.

b) Medical records clerk

CTC: Negotiable (Not a constraint for the right candidate)

Eligibility: Any graduate

Age: 20 -25 years of age

Computer proficiency / ready to work on virtual platform.

3) I will post these on social media as well as in a local newspaper. It will attract local candidates. Online platform will provide immediate response. Even, it will be a cost effective method to hire these people without any biases. An online application as well as a CV will be accepted as a token of applicant's interest in these profiles.

4) The selection process will be include three stages,

1) Preliminary interview to shortlisted candidates (HR round)

2) Subject knowledge test

3) Proficiency test practical on job skill test (Spanish speaking candidates will be get some weight age over others)
