Explanation / Answer

1. The HR services and products that need to be delivered are as follows:

2. Subject: Risk, Cost and Benefits involved in Each Delivery services

In order to deliver the services, we have two options. First option we have for the delivery services as I need to go to Perth and analyse the length of the project with the two-junior assistant to deliver the HR products and services. After this, we have to outsource the Human Resource from the external agency. Another option we have that we need to assign a manager from the Perth office for the same. But that manager doesn’t have the HR qualifications or experience. Another think is that he is well-liked and very knowledgeable about the process which will be used to review, scan and index the documents.

The risk involved with the option one is that other works would be pending of mine that may leads to slow done the work processes and schedules. It may happen that junior assistant may not assist properly and the would take time. The external agency retainment may not be reliable one so the data breaches and security issues may happen. So, for all this we need to pay much more than what we get in profit. It would take time also.

But the benefits from this option is that we assign the work to external agency which would be liable to do the process properly. The work would be done in more effective way.

Another option’s risks are as follows:

It would cost for the reduction in HR base in the company. The conflicts within the employees also can happen. We may need to again hire for the new experienced HR Manager.

The benefits are as He know the working properly so he can able to handle the process. We need not to waste much time for the search of manager or any external source. The work would be in process.
