There are various moral laws , deriving its authority from different sources. Government must a force all those moral laws , rules and regulation required to maintain most basic level justice, welfare and peace. It must legislate and enforce all sorts of rules and principles designed to maintain a basic level of justice and peace. Such enforcement must have some flexibility and that varies with changing situation .

All moral laws cannot be enforced due to to impracticality in today's time. For examole , as per christianity divorce is moral only in case of adultery. But todays scenario does not allow enforcement of such moral law.

Which moral laws are important and necessary to enforce require careful thinking, and people should be persuaded on all such enforcement .
