In this specific case there is a strong point of condition which involve critical position of a patient who was put on life support system and have been continuously suffering from many years without any sign of improvement. The question arises whether the patient should be removed from the life support system and let her go with her natural consequences. Court decided to remove her life support system after 7 year from the case was filed.

Ethical theories about a person's life and its effect on his family and other people were the main perspective which were being the discussed in this specific case. Removal of the life support system bring multiple queries about ethical perspective of Healthcare being delivered to an unconscious person and willingness.
