Explanation / Answer

Patients responsibilities are as important as his or her rights because it is very important for patient to be cooperative with the doctor. As when the patient is cooperative so his treatment will also go easy. He should communicate each and everything about his health to the doctor so as the doctor can rum his treatment securely and with full confidence. When a patient hide something about his health to the doctor then he might suffer some side effects of medicine as when doctor will not be aware about complete health then how can he treat the patient.

Also the patient should always keep his previous health treatment records and reports with him so as to run the treatment securely and easily. As it is helpful to both the doctor and the patient. When the patient will be having all his rcords with him then he can be saved from over expenditure of money as if the tests are not needed then he can save that money. And if he is careless with that then there will be extra burden on his pocket.

Also the doctor will have it easy to treat the patient as by studying his health report from the beginning. This gives the doctor an overview about the patients health that what problems he is having and what drugs are running to him. It also informs the doctor that what kinds of drugs are good for the patient and which are the drugs which his body reactc with.

So the responsibilities of patients are as important as his or her rights.
