You are the IT Project Manager for an implementation of seven new servers. The scope of the project is to install and configure a new network operating system for your organization. Three of the servers are to be located in your company headquarters in New York. Two are to be installed in the Denver office, and two in the Miami office. The servers have been successfully installed in New York and Denver, but Rocky, the network administrator in Miami has yet to install the servers. He reports that he is leery of moving from his current, stable environment to the new operating system the servers provide. You have insisted that he install the servers as planned to complete the project. A week has passed and Rocky has still not completed the installation. What steps would you take to ensure the installation is completed?

i will personally look into the matter as i am the project manager and will find the shortest way to install the softwarefirst and then.I will also take disciplinary action on rocky if he is found guilty,after all installation is more prior.
