Excel if Formula with multiple options

I keep erroring need help with a formula, I am creating a form when and item number is entered then I need to pull over the information on that product

example

if item number 001 in entered into cell b9 I need to copy vendor name from sheet2 cell b3 if 002 is entered i need it to copy vender from sheet2 cell c3 and so on there can be dozens of item numbers

I have tried multiple formulas and know I have written this in the past but cannot get it to work

Also if a cell on Sheet2 hass a photot can I havee it paste the photo right now it only enters a 0 because there is no value in that field on sheeet 2

Try this

1. Ensure that the spellings in range B2:H2 of Flooring sheet match the spelling in range C8:J8 of Sheet1

2. In cell F9, enter this formula and copy till I9

=IFERROR(VLOOKUP($B9,Flooring!$A$3:$G$4,MATCH(Sheet1!F$8,Flooring!$A$2:$H$2,0),0),"")

3. In cell J9, enter this formula

=IFERROR(VLOOKUP($B9,Flooring!$A$3:$G$4,MATCH(Sheet1!J$8,Flooring!$A$2:$H$2,0),0)*E9,"")

You may now copy these formulas down.
