Let me first understand the question correctly. So the first one states : the quality concerns in the cafeteria of my choice. Then the next part is about the different dimensions for the requisite quality and the quality management content variables. The main quality concerns in a cafeteria of my office were as follows: 1. The hygiene of people managing and serving the food. 2. The quality of ingedients used 3. The temperature at which the ingredients are stored at. 4. The temperature and method of handling the food while it is being transported from where it is made to the cafeteria. The different    dimensions expected are as follows: a. Well trained staff - parameters of hygiene to be at the highest level. b. Quality of Inggedients. ( This is what i understood of the question). So the organisation needs to focus on quality - Product and Staff and training of staff to manage the cafeteria. For eg: wearing a head cap all the time and gloves. Maintaining the vessels in which the items are stored. Cleaning of the cafeteria and ensuring that only fresh and palatable food is served. The quality management content variables are as follows: Hygiene Timeliness Training Cleanliness Friendly Staff
