In today's world of network architecture and the process by which companies communicate with their employees and their customers, it is important to fully understand the weaknesses and strengths of the architecture. In corporate world, email outlook, skype, Webwex are various tools used for communication.

Outlook mail is more over smooth in term of network connectivity. skype for bussiness is also similar which is used for offcial chat.

throgh skype it is also possible to make call, but for calling, many time we face network issues, call drop or voice not audible. Sometimes we are on going with some important discussion and sudden voice break is their or call et dropped because of weak network connection. skype also not allow to sent large sms text, we have to seperate message into small chunks of data.

likewise most of the time for official communications and meetings, companies uses webex meeting. webex has lot many advantages but still if weak network connection is their then its of no use.

between meetings, sometimes we are not able to get voice of opposite side speaker, many times we need to patch webex for connecting to other countries network. webex also cost more, if webex meeting time is over and host leaves the meeting then call ends automatically.

lots of network issues are their in sharing your desktop to other receipient, sometime screen gets blur at other end, and people are not able to see at your screen, when you scroll down or scroll up words are disturbed. if client is explaining about requirement and that time call gets deropped or beakable voice comes then it is productivity loss and also looses the company impression.

beacuse of these call drop, unable sharing screen, unreachable voice and other backround disturbance people started avoiding using these application for inter company communication.

other than these zoom meetings and other many application are now used for inter company communication.
