Equal Employment opportunity can be defined as the process in which all peoples are treated equally regardless of their gender, age, race, colour, sexual preference, disability or religious belief. Equal employment opportunity rights are directly guaranteed by federal and state laws which are enforced by equal Employment opportunity commission.
United States equal Employment opportunity Commission can be defined as an organisation which is responsible for specifically in forcing the federal laws of discrimination against an applicant regarding the specific applicants race,sex,colour, gender identity, national origin, disability or age, etc. Discrimination against the person who reported for the discrimination is also illegal.
This specific type of law is applicable on each and every work situation including promotions, harassment,hiring,firing, training, wages, and benefits.
Intentional discrimination can be defined when a specific individual inside an organisation knowingly work against a specific individual or a group disadvantage that specific individual or group or to provide advantages to other group in competition with that specific group or individual.
A fine example of intentional discrimination is about paying women less than men for the same task and authoritative position.
Unintentional discrimination can be defined as a type of discrimination which happens because of the ignorant or some uninterested prejudice.

They terminated Marlo Spaeth for showing extensive absenteeism inside the organisation.
Discrimination against individual dealing with down syndrome provoked actions against Walmart and the share prices of Walmart was also relatively low after this specific case was registered. As an availability of unethical practices directly affected with their overall market appearance.
As Marlo Spaeth already had a long record of clear employment with Walmart as well as she always had a great performance including many pay raises as well as satisfactory performance over the years in different reviews. This was a direct of equal Employment opportunity as well as American with disability act.
