I would choose the Sales or a Business Development role as I have been in the same role for more than 8 years now. I have been involved in hiring of lot of individuals and would like to share my experience by writing an advertisement on the skills required for a Sales or Business Development Role.

We are looking for a suitable candidate for the role of Sales Manager/ Business Development Manager. Below are the the skills required for the job:

a. The candidate should be committed to work and maintain discipline and honesty.

b. The candidate should be good at interacting with peple with proper communication skills.

c. Good Analytical skills is a must

d. The candidate should have decent negotiation skills and should be a fast and self learner

e. Excellent People Management Skills

f. Finally, the candidate should know to manage a better Life Cycle and give equal amount of time for professional and personal life

Additional Qualifications but not necessary:

a. Post Graduate in Sales and Marketing. This will only be a qualifier for better position in the future.

b. Prior Experience in the same domain. This is just for the sake of mentioning. If the candidate possesses the above skills and can portray the same in the interview and convince the interviewer, even a bachelor degree will be hired.

Since this advertisement is a little different than the formal job opening advertisements, I would like to advertise this position in Daily Newspapers only. the reason being, a candidate who is desperate enough for a job will definitely be looking at the newspaper everyday morning. Moreover, this advertisement can be given a different space in the newspaper that can highlight my job advertisement. It will ensure that my job advertisement is noticed by as many people as possible as I want to interact with as many people as possible to find the right candidate for the role.
