B. On no more than about 3/4 page: what are two near-term (1 to 3 years in the future) professional goals you seek (the answers of a job or a degree are not sufficient here) and what steps are you taking/need to take to reach these goals.

What changes have.you made in your life to acheive this goal? •Be detailed and explanatory but remember to keep it within the length constraints.
