According to the interview of a nurse who works as an employee at the Local hospital; the code of ethics of the organisation were stated clearly. The mission of the hospital was to provide quality healthcare and support to the residents of the town. The vision focused on benefiting the patients through specialised focus and provide superior quality service in health care and the values of the organisation focused on compassion, integrity, serving with commitment, paying attention to quality and responsibility. The primary objective of the employees which includes the nurse was to safeguard the confidential information of the patients. Confidentiality holds utmost importance and it is intact with the principle of providing superior quality service to the patients. No personal value judgement would be attached to the patients. Professional conduct is another important behaviour which is considered an important part of serving as a professional nurse and employee of the organisation. The focus is on uninterrupted quality and superior service to the patients. It also states that the employees will not misrepresent or take undue advantage of their position or use their affiliations in an unfair manner. The quality of service focuses on maintaining superior standards of service and be the responsible employee of the organisation. It focuses on providing professional service with effectiveness. The issues of controversy also need to be tackled with care and no personal judgement need to come in the way of proving service. Morals should be important ground while acting as a professional. The social codes need to be followed along with importance given to moral expectations. There need not be any violations of moral guidelines. Responsibility There needs to be responsibility and focus given to the interactions of the client and hospital staff. Thus there needs to be objective and responsible behaviour attached to the interaction between the clients and the employees.
