Add some acid (HnO3, for example) tothe PO43-, CO32- and SO42- mixture. Formation of the gaseous CO2 is a good indication of carbonate.
CO32- + 2 H+ forms CO2 (gas) + H2O

Add 1-2 mL of HCl solution and some BaCl2 to the PO43- and SO42- mixture. Formation of the white precipitate indicates the presence of SO42-.
Ba2+ + SO42- form BaSO4, it is white precipitate
PO43- (Phosphate) do not react in the presence of HCl
